ABOUT THE MIDDLE EAST INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL TOURISM CONGRESS & FAIR MIMTC 2025

After the success of the First edition of The Middle East International Medical Tourism Congress & Fair in Dubai, the 2nd edition of this prestigious Regional and Global event, will take place in SHARJAH from 6 – 8 April 2025.

This exceptional gathering will serve as a platform for key players in the health tourism and treatment and wellness, foreign dignitaries, experts, and medical professionals will explore together the huge potential of health and medical tourism in the Arab Gulf and Middle East region.

The Higher Organizing Committee of this event is dedicated to inviting hospitals and wellness centers, insurance companies and health travel organizations and media from more than twenty countries to partake in this significant occasion happening across the entire Arab Gulf region and the Middle East.

Booking Confirmation: By submitting the Exhibition Booking Form, you agree to book an exhibition space at the specified venue for the dates indicated on the form, subject to availability and approval by the event organizers. Payment: Payment for the exhibition space must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon with the event organizers. Payment details will be provided upon submission of the booking form. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the exhibition start date will receive a full refund of the booking fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 15 days prior to the exhibition start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 10 days before the exhibition start date. Exhibition Setup and Breakdown: Exhibitors are responsible for setting up their exhibition space before the start of the exhibition and removing all artwork and materials at the end of the exhibition period. Any damage caused to the venue during setup or breakdown will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. Artwork Liability: Exhibitors are responsible for the safety and security of their artwork during the exhibition period. The event organizers will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of artwork or other materials displayed at the exhibition. Insurance: It is recommended that exhibitors obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their artwork during the exhibition period. The event organizers will not provide insurance coverage for exhibitors' artwork. Promotional Materials: Exhibitors grant permission for the event organizers to use images of their artwork for promotional purposes related to the exhibition, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media posts, and press releases. Compliance with Regulations: Exhibitors must comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the event venue, as well as any local laws and regulations pertaining to the display and sale of artwork. Indemnification: Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, venue owners, and associated parties from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the exhibition. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
